These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 167bet ("167bet", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all visitors, registered account holders, and any person who interacts with any element of the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 167bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 167bet.

Language: The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on the 167bet Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual private person and not as a representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of 167bet or any affiliated company.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from 167bet or any other gambling operator.
• Your account is funded exclusively with monies that are legitimately yours and not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

167bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with 167bet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Bangladesh mobile number. You undertake to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

167bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with industry standards. As part of this process, we may at any time request copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and evidence of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a strong password and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility until you notify 167bet of any breach of account security.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 167bet account at any time by contacting our support team. 167bet may also close or suspend any account found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability for any resulting loss.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

167bet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 167bet reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your 167bet account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 167bet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 167bet targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer and card withdrawals are targeted for completion within the same business day, though processing times may be affected by banking hours, network conditions, and the volume of concurrent requests. 167bet will not be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 167bet strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page and is subject to change. Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

167bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. All unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be investigated, and 167bet reserves the right to freeze account balances and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in the Platform's betting and gaming activities is prohibited.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

167bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to low-margin bets, certain live betting markets, and specific game categories) may not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

167bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing equal and opposite bets (arbitrage) to neutralise bonus risk; participating in promotions using funds not genuinely at risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, 167bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus balance, void associated winnings, and close the relevant account.

4.4 Promotional Changes

167bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh calendar events (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season, and IPL season) are subject to availability and may differ in structure and value from previous editions.

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 167bet Platform are final and binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of each bet — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 167bet will not cancel or amend a bet due to player error after confirmation.

5.2 Odds and Markets

167bet displays odds for sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. Displayed odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 167bet in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors; data feed failures that affect market integrity; abandonment or postponement of an event in accordance with applicable betting rules; or any other exceptional circumstance at 167bet's discretion. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the 167bet Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators. 167bet accepts no liability for game malfunctions caused by software errors within third-party game engines, though any confirmed malfunction will result in affected bets being voided and stakes returned.

5.5 Crash Games

Crash games including Dragon Hatch and Boat of Fortune operate on a provably fair mechanism. Once a round has commenced, the outcome cannot be altered by either the player or 167bet. The player's chosen cash-out multiplier determines their return; failure to cash out before the round ends results in loss of the wagered stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 167bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, market, or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform using anonymising tools (including VPNs and proxies) to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of unlawful activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 167bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any Platform software or infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 167bet's aggregate liability to any player — arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

167bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

167bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party service outages may affect Platform availability. 167bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever possible.

All content on the 167bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of 167bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 167bet.

167bet is committed to protecting the personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 167bet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

167bet will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to deliver the services described in these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect the legitimate interests of 167bet or its players.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may activate a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks directly from their account settings. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Amendments: 167bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 167bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
